These Terms of Service govern your participation in loyalty rewards programs powered by KaizenRewards. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and provide a valid US mobile phone number to participate. One account per phone number per Merchant.
2. Points Earning
Points are earned based on qualifying purchases at participating Merchant locations
Points are awarded at the rate set by each Merchant (typically 1 point per $1 spent)
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts except through account merging by the Merchant
Points may be adjusted or removed in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
3. Points Expiration
Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity (no qualifying purchases or redemptions). You will receive SMS warnings 30 days and 7 days before expiration. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
4. Rewards Redemption
Rewards are redeemed by generating a one-time code in the app and presenting it to Merchant staff
Redemption codes expire 10 minutes after generation and cannot be reused
The Merchant reserves the right to verify redemptions and refuse fraudulent claims
Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued by the Merchant
5. Account Conduct
You agree not to:
Create multiple accounts or use false information
Abuse the system to fraudulently earn points
Sell, transfer, or attempt to exchange points for cash
Interfere with the platform's operation
Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of all points.
6. Program Changes
The Merchant and KaizenRewards reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via SMS.
7. Limitation of Liability
KaizenRewards and participating Merchants are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the loyalty program. Our total liability is limited to the value of unredeemed points in your account.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
