Birthday month — collected optionally for birthday reward purposes

4. Information Sharing

The Merchant — the business whose loyalty program you joined, for customer service and marketing purposes
GoHighLevel — our SMS delivery platform, subject to their privacy policy
Service providers — companies that help us operate our platform, bound by confidentiality agreements
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for the duration of your participation in the loyalty program and for up to 60 days after account deactivation. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
