By verifying your phone number and joining KaizenRewards, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from the participating Merchant at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program Description

KaizenRewards sends SMS messages on behalf of participating local businesses to help you manage your loyalty rewards account. Messages include:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and Merchant promotions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Costs

KaizenRewards does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that Merchant's loyalty program.

To re-subscribe, reply START or sign up again through the rewards app.

Quiet Hours

We do not send promotional SMS messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time.

Supported Carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and most US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
